Before Your Wax Appointment DO: • Gently exfoliate 24–48 hours before your appointment • Have hair approximately ¼ inch long • Shower prior to your service • Wear loose, comfortable clothing • Share any skin sensitivities, conditions, or medications DON’T: • Do not exfoliate the day of your appointment • Avoid tanning or self-tanner 24–48 hours prior • Do not shave immediately before your service • Avoid caffeine or alcohol before your appointment • Do not wax while using Accutane or within 6 months of use

Cancellation Policy
• A 30% fee applies to cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice • No-shows will be charged 30% of the scheduled service • Repeated late cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy.
